Your professional roofing consultant will knock on your door before starting the appointment. Once they’ve introduced themselves, they’ll measure your roof and assess its overall condition. Our consultants prepare estimates on-site, so you’ll have a plan for your roofing project (and the associated costs) before you know it!
We don’t believe in that whole leave-the-quote-in-the-mailbox thing. We briefly meet with each of our prospective clients so that we can address any specific needs, wants or concerns that you might have for your new roof. We’ll fully explain your estimate and answer any questions you might have.

A Wheatland crew will arrive early morning to begin the project. We take the utmost care to protect your property: you may notice the crew tarping planters or covering your patio furniture. If there is anything outside that you consider important, pretty, or precious, please move it out of the yard. This is major construction and debris is heavy.
The vast majority of our roofing projects are completed in less than one day. Upon completion of the project, your yard will be thoroughly cleaned of debris. Our safety manager will complete a final site inspection to make sure the installation and clean-up meet Wheatland’s high standards.
We always do our best to accommodate the time frame that works best for you. Upon booking, we will provide you with a target date for the installation of your roofing system. Due to the weather-sensitive nature of our business, we cannot guarantee that your project will be done on a specific date.
You will be invoiced upon completion of your project. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. We accept payment by cheque, Interac, cash, and e-transfer. Make an appointment with your consultant or call our office at 306-924-4277.
